CONFLICT ASSESSMENT MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of South Palm Beach and the Town of Lantana will conduct a Conflict Assessment Meeting on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at Lantana’s Town Hall located at 500 Greynolds Circle, Lantana, Florida 33462.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a conflict assessment pursuant to Chapter 164, Florida Statutes, Florida’s Intergovernmental Conflict Resolution Procedures, to determine whether an intergovernmental conflict exists and, if so, to identify the appropriate course of action.

Any person wishing to attend the meeting who requires a special accommodation because of a disability should contact the Town Clerk’s Office at (561) 588-8889 Ext. 3 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
