Town of South Palm Beach A1A Corridor Master Plan 

The Town of South Palm Beach has partnered with the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (TCRPC) to develop the A1A Corridor Master Plan.

This collaborative initiative will create a comprehensive vision for the A1A corridor, providing a roadmap for future sidewalk, utility, pedestrian, mobility, and corridor enhancements.
The planning process will include public engagement and stakeholder input to help guide recommendations that reflect the community’s priorities.
Once completed, the Master Plan will support informed investment decisions and help advance the Town’s long-term vision for South Palm Beach’s treasured coastal corridor. This 5/8-mile stretch of paradise connects our community, reflects our character, and helps shape our future.
