The Office of the Town Manager is responsible for the administrative management and delivery of the town's services, programs and special projects. The primary executive responsibility for the town's municipal government organization lies with the Town Manager who is responsible for the operation of the various town departments.  The manager prepares a recommended budget; recruits, hires, and manages the municipal government staff; is an adviser to the Council; and carries out the policies of the Town Council.

The Office of the Assistant to Town Manager / Town Clerk provides administrative support services to the Mayor and Town Council Members, the Town Manager, and the citizens of the Town of  South Palm Beach. 

This includes publishing legal advertisements, tracking members and term expirations of all Boards and Committees, processing Ordinances,  Resolutions, and Agendas.  The Town Clerk  also handles archives, and provides Staff support.

The Town Clerk maintains  custody of the municipal seal, attests to official contracts, maintains legal documents, administers and records oaths of office, and serves as liaison to the Town Council.  In addition, the Town Clerk responds to public records requests and oversees the record management program.
